I bought a truck from Cornerstone Chevrolet in Monticello, Mn back in December 2023. I had the worst experience with the sales staff along with the sales manager as the manager was very rude, didn’t care about my business and then sold me a brand new truck with 8 miles on it that was broken. I drove off the lot and turned right around as the truck was having issues despite Cornerstone telling me it had gone through inspections and no issues with the truck. I recently moved to Elk River and tried to find a decent and trustful mechanic for serving my car. I knew from my previous experience that this is almost impossible task because people tend to add (most of the time) unexacting problems to the current one.

All of them have followed up with me numerous times to ensure I am happy with the purchase and offering any additional help if I need it. Great experience!
I will never go back to this dealership and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They removed front and rear recovery hooks from my truck between the test drive and purchasing the vehicle (which was same day). I was also supposed to get a front license plate mount weeks ago since the truck came from Florida, but they never followed up with that either. I’ve sent several emails and texts and they no longer respond.

I was very nervous because it’s been awhile since I have purchased a vehicle but Chuck immediately put me at ease with his laid back and very patient attitude. He wasn’t pushy in anyway. My service writer Chris was excellent. He was prepared for my appointment and called me by name when we walked in. Very friendly and efficient. He got our vehicle diagnosed and repaired in just a few hours. He worked on my behalf with a manger from another Cornerstone location and got us completely squared away. I highly recommend Chris and the service department at Cornerstone Chevrolet.
I wouldn't buy from Cornerstone if you live out of the area. I was dealing with them Saturday about closing time, and sent pictures of my 2021 traverse, and the salesman said he would go over it with the manager. He called Monday afternoon and said it was sold the weekend . They aren't open Sunday. They should have put a hold on it, that's how Bismarck ND does it. I wouldn't have trust in the people again.

We purchased a Tahoe last week and were thrilled with the service from the moment we walked in the door. Darrin Maki was our sales associate and he was wonderful. He answered all our questions. Darrin worked with Jason Bentley and we were out in a few hours driving the vehicle home. Darrin called today to check and we feel like we have a new friend. We love our new truck and the excellent service will bring us back and we will be sending friends there too.

Oh my Gosh don't know where to start, but I had a very good experience working with Roy Quady, when I got to the dealership he was so respectful and welcoming, he did everything he promised and even repaired all the minor problems on the vehicle, he didn't stopped there he also brought the vehicle at my job after repaired. Cort helped get the vehicle i wanted and if he didn't know the answer he went and found out. although new there, he was eager to help and i drove away in a new vehicle.
The sales person was very nice, helpful, and jumped through hoops to get what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and made the purchasing process painless. The title person jumped through MORE hoops to fix a problem with getting the vehicle registered and titled. I will shop here again in the future and send all my friends and family here if they ever need a vehicle. I love that it is a Christian-based dealership.
Why would you go to a place that has a sticker price of 93,000.00 and they mark it up to 120,000.00 ? Find a place that is not all about the money.
