Chuck was the perfect fit for us as his demeanor and sales approach were what we were hoping for - he was not pushy or in a rush to sell us the car, he was patient and let the "car" sell itself but Chuck was there to answer every question we had about the vehicle. We also worked with Ben Holthaus the Sales Manager to complete the financials and payment for the vehicle - he was courtesy and respectful and made the process simple and easy. Finally we also worked with the Ted Walter the General Manager who took the time to meet with us and to make sure that we were not only happy with the purchase of our new vehicle but happy with the service we received. During the height of COVID and vehicles shortages everywhere, I actually purchased remotely from Massachusetts. Everything was done via telephone, email, and fax. Ben made this entire purchasing process even easier than if I was face to face with him in the dealership. His professionalism was next to none and he wasn’t too pushy or over bearing like some sales people may have a reputation to be. The title person jumped through MORE hoops to fix a problem with getting the vehicle registered and titled.
