We purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 in early August 2023. The entire "team" we worked with in purchasing our vehicle was quite simply outstanding! Our initial contact was with Sales Associate Chuck Heinen... Chuck was the perfect fit for us as his demeanor and sales approach were what we were hoping for - he was not pushy or in a rush to sell us the car, he was patient and let the "car" sell itself but Chuck was there to answer every question we had about the vehicle. We also worked with Ben Holthaus the Sales Manager to complete the financials and payment for the vehicle - he was courtesy and respectful and made the process simple and easy. Finally we also worked with the Ted Walter the General Manager who took the time to meet with us and to make sure that we were not only happy with the purchase of our new vehicle but happy with the service we received. To all three of you - thank so much for making the purchase a "personal" experience.

My service writer Chris was excellent. He was prepared for my appointment and called me by name when we walked in. Very friendly and efficient. He got our vehicle diagnosed and repaired in just a few hours. He worked on my behalf with a manger from another Cornerstone location and got us completely squared away. We purchased a Tahoe last week and were thrilled with the service from the moment we walked in the door. Darrin Maki was our sales associate and he was wonderful. He answered all our questions. Darrin worked with Jason Bentley and we were out in a few hours driving the vehicle home. Darrin called today to check and we feel like we have a new friend. We love our new truck and the excellent service will bring us back and we will be sending friends there too.

I recently purchased a new truck from Cornerstone Chevrolet. Working hand-in-hand with Ben Holthaus, and he was nothing short of amazing. During the height of COVID and vehicles shortages everywhere, I actually purchased remotely from Massachusetts. Everything was done via telephone, email, and fax. Ben made this entire purchasing process even easier than if I was face to face with him in the dealership. His professionalism was next to none and he wasn’t too pushy or over bearing like some sales people may have a reputation to be. He was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process, and STILL will shoot me a message from time to time to check up to make sure that I am still satisfied with my vehicle. Very glad that my search lead me to this dealership and that I was able to work with someone like Ben Holthaus.

Oh my Gosh don't know where to start, but I had a very good experience working with Roy Quady, when I got to the dealership he was so respectful and welcoming, he did everything he promised and even repaired all the minor problems on the vehicle, he didn't stopped there he also brought the vehicle at my job after repaired. The sales person was very nice, helpful, and jumped through hoops to get what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and made the purchasing process painless. The title person jumped through MORE hoops to fix a problem with getting the vehicle registered and titled. I will shop here again in the future and send all my friends and family here if they ever need a vehicle. I love that it is a Christian-based dealership.
